This "drinkable book" has pages that can filter water and kill bacteria

The World Health Organization says that each year, 3.4 million people die because of poor water sanitation. This “drinkable book” was created by Theresa Dankovich and Brian Gartside for the charity Water is Life, and has information printed in a country’s native language about hygiene and health. But, the incredible part is that each page is constructed of a special filter paper that also includes bacteria-killing silver nanoparticles and special ink designed to make drinking water safe.
